I warmed up to the hotel after a while. Initially, I was unsure about the location as it was a bit far from town. However, the shuttle service was reliable and the views of the Beagle Channel from the hotel were absolutely breathtaking. The staff was helpful and the rooms were comfortable. The Wi-Fi coverage was also good. Although the breakfast lacked variety, it still provided the essentials. I would recommend this hotel for its stunning setting and friendly service.

The hotel has a stunning view of the Beagle Channel and mountains in the backdrop. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help with anything. They offer a free transportation service to the city centre. The buffet breakfast was well prepared with lots of options and the rooms were nice and clean.

This hotel is a hidden gem on the outskirts of town, right on the shore of the Beagle Channel. The location offers breathtaking views of snow-capped mountains and the Beagle Canal from the bedrooms and breakfast room. A 10-minute ride takes you into the lively downtown area, while providing a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. The staff here is incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a great shower and the option to upgrade for a bay view. The buffet breakfast, although limited, is made up for by the stunning view.
All was absolutely fine during our stay.

Spent Xmas holiday here and had a fantastic experience! the view from the hotel was amazing, I could see the bay from my room and it was beautiful. the staff were incredibly helpful and gave me great advice on local attractions. the shuttle service was also very convenient and helped me get around without any issues. the restaurant was lovely and the food was delicious!
That the wifi coverage was not very strong in some areas of the hotel, but it didn't bother me too much as I was able to get a good connection in other areas. the hotel was a bit far from town, but the shuttle service made it easy to get around.

We stayed in a hotel located in a quiet area a little bit outside the main town. Although it wasn't close to any touristic attraction in the area, the restaurant overlooking the Beagle Chanel was a highlight. the room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained, with a comfy bed and excellent views. the staff provided friendly and helpful service.
Sadly, the breakfast was inadequate with limited choices, mostly consisting of medialunas, coffee, milk, cheese.

The location of this hotel is really amazing, just a few steps away from the water. I also appreciated the nice and helpful staff who provided a free shuttle service to this city. The room was comfortable and clean with a great view of the surrounding mountains. Lastly, the breakfast here was really good.
Nothing to complain about at all.
